Current Progress :
The layout for first three hundred fifty members sent for approval by the Bangalore International Airport Authority, Since there is no chairman for the BIAAPPA it is still pending with the authorities and any time it is expected to be released once the chairman is appointed by the Govt. We have already called for the 2 installments from all the members i.e. up to membership no.910. Those who have not paid are requested to pay it immidiately otheerwise your seniority will be forgone and next member will be considered for allotment.
For the remaining members papers are sent for CHANGE OF LAND USE which is being processed at the Govt level, it may take another three to four months time to be cleared by the govt. Once it is cleared by the Govt for Change of land use we will process the papers for Conversion, and latter on once again it will go to BIAPPA for Approval of the lay out all this work will take another one and half to two years.

The Board of Management is happy to announce the proposed residential layout "Telecom Aero Park Township" to fulfill the pressing demansds of the members near Bangalore International Airport - The future development of "New Bangalore City".
Details of Proposed Layout :
"Telecom Aero Park Township" is situated on Chapparkal Main Road, which is very near to International Airport. This layout is 6Km. away from ITC Factory (NH-7) & near to IVC Road, Surrounding area is developing rapidly. The layout is surrounded by Airport View Park, Telecom Green Field Garden, Prakruthi Resorts, Telecom Aero Park Residency, Concept City Layout etc. It is 31 Km from Bangalore City, 7 Km. from International Airport & 10 Km from Yelahanka.
Amenities in the Layout :
The layout will be formed with 60ft. wide Main Road, 40 & 30 ft. Cross Roads, underground water supplying lines, Sewerage lines, underground electrical, overhead water tanks and septic tank will be provided to the layout. Planting of trees on both sides of the roads, necessary CA area, park area will be provided to the layout. Entire work will be executed as per the BIAAPA norms and specifications.

Dimension and Bookings:
Telecom Aero Park Township" provides sites in dimension of 30'x40', 40'x60' & 50'x80'. Cost of the site will be Rs. 698/- (Rupees Six Hundred and Ninty Eight) Only P/sq.ft., out of which 25% of the total cost have to be paid as down payment. The remaining balance amount has to be paid in "3" (Three) instalments as and when demanded, depending upon the development of the layout. Time required for the completion of layout will be about 15 (Fifteen) months. Sites will be booked on first come first serve basis. The members who are interested in booking of the site can make the payment in favour of "The President-BSNL Employee's Welfare House Building Co-operative Society Ltd". either by DD/Cheque or Pay Order payable at Bangalore.
