Our Housing Society was formed in the year 2007 with an intention to provide housing facilities to the B.S.N.L. employee's. The society has been registered with the Dy.Registrar of co operative Societies, Govt. of Karnataka, Bangalore vide no.DRB® Reg. 32229/ 2006-07/dated.07-02-2007. Later on in the year 2008 permission is accorded from the Addl.Registrar of Co-operative societies to take the Associate Members and to allot sites to the willing members/associate members. There by the society is at liberty to allot sites to general public, apart from the BSNL staff. At the first instance the society has started a well-developed layout in Ilwala area Mysore, which is surrounded by the heavy Industries like Infosys, Kirlosker,Wipro etc., & is hardly 12 km. from the main bus stand Mysore. The Layout is being formed after duly converting the land for Non-agricultural purposes, and approval by the Mysore Development Authority (MUDA)is accorded, allotment and registration work is going on.
The Layout is already in the final stage, the demarcation of sites and registration work is going on. Now on the pressing demands by the members, it is decided to make a well developed "Maadhavanagar" Layout in Nelmangala(Bangalore), "Aero park residency" at devanahalli, "Aero Park Township" at devanahalli, Vittal Nagar extended second phase at ILWALA Mysore, Nandi Hill Residency at Devanahalli and Raj Residency at Devanahali, booking for all these layouts have almost been closed. The Nelamangala layout will be hardly 27KMs from Bangalore and is just 1.5KMs from the NH4. The Six lane road is progressing from Bangalore to Nelmangala, and is ready for operation. It will be hardly 30minutes journey from Bangalore. There are as many number of busses being operated, and laying of Metro Railway line is also under fast progress. Apart from this the Bangalore to Hassan Rail line is progressing and will be in the vicinity of our Nelmangala Layout.
The sites are available in the dimension of 30'x40', 30'x50',40'x60',50'x80'. The layouts will be formed as per the BMRDA/NPA/BIAPA norms, and consists of 60'/80' main road and 30'and 40'cross roads with both sides tree plantation, drainage facility, water tank, library, swimming pool, public place like garden, playground gym. etc. With all these facilities. Like wise a well-planned layout is being Taken up near Devana halli International Airport, which is 7km from International Airport and 27km from Bangalore. The Layout is in the Chapparkal road, which is parallel to NH7.(Bng-Hyd). Booking to this layout has been completed. As such we have started yet another layout in the vicinity of the Aeropark Residency called "AERO PARK TOWNSHIP" which is just hardly .5 km from our Aeropark residency and is in the Chapparkal Mainroad. The booking is in progress for this layout and for Hoskote and Mysore layouts. Bank loan facility is also available in both the Nelmangala & Devanalli for eligible members. The registration cost will be extra. The sites will be allotted on "first come first serve" basis. Members can book their sites as early as possible since the sites are limited.
